As PMO lead for UNISON’s Digital Member Engagement Programme (MEP), I oversaw a large-scale transformation that will reshape the online user experience and revolutionise member recruitment, engagement, retention and information dissemination on a personalised, omnichannel basis across web, CRM, content and data platforms for 1.3 million members. I designed and implemented the complete delivery ecosystem, including Teams workspaces, folder structures, RAID logs, PMO dashboards, governance frameworks, risk registers and budget-tracking systems. I managed third-party agencies, aligned stakeholders across regions and drove cross-functional delivery for content migration, UX, technical development, data integration and QA/UAT. I owned the end-to-end programme-reporting flow, coordinating weekly team updates, overseeing slide preparation for leadership and ensuring the senior team had polished, board-ready materials for senior governance forums. By building a cohesive structure of processes and influence, I maintained control of the entire programme and ensured clarity and delivery across a complex, multi-market ecosystem.

At Hogarth Worldwide, I managed the localisation and digital delivery of Coca-Cola’s OneXP content migration programme across 20+ countries in the AOU (Africa), GCM (Greater China), and J&K (Japan & Korea) clusters, including South Africa, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Morocco, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea. This client-facing role involved presenting weekly status updates to the programme team and clients, managing cross-functional teams across content, QA, legal, marketing, and technical functions. I developed and implemented the QA and UAT strategy for the entire programme, covering 100 countries using SaaS software, and ensured scalable, auditable processes across all markets. Key responsibilities included working with transformation leads, project scoping, supporting technical teams, Go/No-Go readiness, transcreation approvals, market readiness, and post-launch retrospectives. I ensured delivery tracking via Smartsheet and Jira, maintained budget alignment through cost trackers, and navigated diverse cultural, legal, and technical requirements across time zones. This role required strong stakeholder engagement, process fluency, and precision to deliver high-quality, localised content within a complex, multi-market digital ecosystem.

At Hogarth Worldwide, I managed the delivery of Coca-Cola’s global print and static digital campaigns, coordinating localisation and adaptation workflows across 43 EMEA markets for brands including Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Powerade, Kinley, and SmartWater. My remit covered end-to-end project lifecycle management: scoping briefs, creating cost estimates based on tiered rate cards, and overseeing budget reconciliations aligned with Coca-Cola’s global production model. I led cross-functional teams across AM, PM, creative, QC, and retouching, ensuring brand compliance, technical accuracy, and market-specific legal requirements (for example, France’s OOH sanitary lines and Germany’s format standards). I managed trafficking via Fido and Studio Tracker, maintaining meticulous documentation for asset delivery, stakeholder approvals, and version control across OOH, DOOH, press, web banners, and social statics. This role demanded strong process fluency, financial accountability, and the ability to manage complex, multi-market rollouts within strict SLAs, delivering high-quality outputs across Coca-Cola’s entire EMEA portfolio.
